Our return policy is 30 days. After 30 days of purchase, unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.

In order to make a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products

* Digital products from  download

 

To make the return, present the receipt or proof of purchase.

In certain cases, only partial refunds will be issued (where applicable):
* Any product that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts, not due to any error on our part.
* Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS  (if applicable)
Once the return item is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue the credit to your credit card or payment method for the purchase within a few days.

Late or missed refund (when applicable)
If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before posting a refund.

EXCHANGES  (if applicable)
We only exchange products that are defective or damaged.
  If you need to exchange it for the same product, send an email to doraangelrs99@gmail.com and send your product to: Atílio Giacomo Pessato 251, GRAVATAÍ, RS, 94180490, Brazil.

FREIGHT
To return the product, you must send it to: Atílio Giacomo Pessato 251, GRAVATAÍ, RS, 94180490, Brazil.

You will be responsible for paying the freight to return the product. We do not refund shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, return shipping times may vary.

If you're shipping a product over $75, consider hiring a shipping service with tracking or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the  product you send back.
